1. Locate the media player - it will look like this:
2. As a first step, try restarting the media player. You can restart the media player by unplugging it or switching it off at the power point for 15 seconds. Make sure that you restart the media player, not the TV it is connected to.
3. If that doesn't work, try switch the media player on using the on/off button - sometimes the players will not automatically come on with power. The on/off button is located on the edge of the media player on one of the rounded corners (see picture below). The on/off button should have a lit white LED if the media player is on.
